Personal Thoughts on Candida

I wrote a quite a bunch of thoughts about candida on my blognigigi site and I just wanna write down my fresh thoughts about it.

It seems like virgin coconut oil, increasing probiotics by intaking apple cider vinegar, ginger tea and other natural remedies, though it relieves me for a short period of time and is all good but they do not quite heal me completely.

Hence, I wanna share this new things I've been doing to help with candida.

1. Paying attention to my inflamed stomach

I am pondering why, even if I eat healthy or eating junk meals, either way, I still feel bloated.

My usual routine is still eat less processed sweets and increase my meat to rice ratio (for lunch and dinner), but I feel like adding exercise in the morning helps a lot with my constipation.

High knee jog in the morning.

I really appreciate myself, when exercising in the morning because it helps lessen my constipation.

So, how do I relate being less constipated to having candida?

I don't know?

It's just I feel better and symptoms of candida is somewhat gone (if not minimal) whenever I pay attention with my gut ( stomach).

The more I feel better with my gut, the better I feel with my entire body, having to think less about candida.

2. No Dairy

I noticed that whenever I drink instant milk powder or liquid milk in a carton I hurt my tummy really bad.

There's air moving around my stomach and I have to pass gas multiple times😖.

So what I did is to limit myself of dairy, I still drink milk with coffee but its within control.
